Tagtool
Tagtool was developed by Markus Dorninger, Josef Dorninger and Matthias Fritz. The first version was built by combining a PC, a graphics tablet (Wacom), a control unit with an Arduino, and a game controller. The blueprints and the source code are open source. This led to the emergence of an international community.
In 2011, Tagtool was ported to the new world of tablet-based mobile computing. The previously released Apple iPad offered ideal conditions for further development. At this time, together with the founders, I developed first prototypes of an iOS app.
Thanks to its improved accessibility, Tagtool spread even faster. In 2014 and 2016, it was presented at the Apple Worldwide Developers Conference.
